@Jerry Padilla I do plan on doing a cash out refinance, I am expecting to get closer to $1400 for rent a month. And I'm hoping to cash out at 80%.

Purchased at 35k, we put 45k into the deal. ARV is estimated between 120-130k. Any and all feedback is a highly appreciated.

I just finished the work on my 2nd flip project and I wanted to post a few pictures on here. The numbers look decent so far, with a purchase price of $42k and a ARV of $139k its looking really promising.

I decided to take pictures with my GoPro as a marketing twist.
