I have gone from laminate to tiles and love every bit of it. Holds up very well to tenant abuse. But personally the best flooring for rentals is tenant screening ;)

Use the red 3m double side tape. Won't even comes off. Holds 50lbs

I personally love simplisafe. Used it several times and never had an issue with it. Not only does it give me a piece of mind but I know when the contractors are at the property or not with individual codes. Great service!!

I've been using eRentPayment and love the service. Transaction cost is $3 and can be split or paid fully by landlord or tenant.
