Boise is now on the map for investors! Not to mention the quality of life. Speaking in terms of raising a family, recreation and relatively low cost of living makes it the hottest market in the nation. Check out the articles around. Deals are getting harder to come buy, but once found, sell extremely fast and for top $$$. Wholesaling, rehabbing and developments are exploding here. 

@Trever Nicoll I have never done any syndication, but you should check out one of my favorite podcasts from Joe Fairless. He specializes in doing syndications. You will find great take aways from his show!

That's correct! We just did our first transaction in Payette, ID. I know other investors here in the Boise area venture much further out than that because finding opportunities can be difficult. 

@Jeremy Marley, You might check out Meetup.com and do a search for real estate investing. You should have no problem making connections.

Welcome to the site @Jordan Campbell! The resources here are the best. Check out the flipping and holding calculators under the tools tab. I've heard a saying that goes, "Do the numbers and the numbers will tell you what to do". Don't make investing emotional. The calculators are a great tool.
