@Harpreet Singh Have you started reading Rich dad poor Dad? It is a very easy but influential (life changing) read. Thank you for reading and PM if you would like to connect!

Aarron Light absolutely man. It’s difficult with little ones but that was my driving factor. I can say that I was not present for almost an entire year with my kiddos... but I can now take them to school, take off a wednesday and make it a zoo day as well as many other cool perks. While I type this I am not being present with my kids but speaking with other investors is also important and can help fuel the “bigger cause” of financial freedom, aspirations and other goals I have. The sacrifices are not simple and they hurt, but for me, have been well worth it. Best of luck!

@Jerome Kaidor awesome story! The more you learn about working for someone and the economy in general the less trust you have in the system. Although real estate has its highs and lows if you work hard and make smart decisions you can minimze your downside. I assume you have acquired more apartments since then?

@David D. commercial financing allows certain flexibilities that traditional lending does not. I can use other peoples money, lines of credit or other ways to fund the downpayment. I can also add acquisition fees. Also anything over 4 units must be commercial. The time to close is typically much faster and they finance based on the property not specifically the individual (although that is still very important).

@James Caruso the plan is to continue to grow in size thus allowing me to hire a more full time staff. The focus is creating a property management company that manages for mine and my partners investments.
