@Wesam S. Requests like this almost had me quit. At my second duplex Inhad bats, roof caving in, break ins, drug overdoses, and many other issues.

My advice is do not take anything personally, regroup and figure out what next step is. This stuff will continue to happen but as long as you learn to

1. Repair (apt) better on front end. Or allocate more funds for repair.

2. Screen residents better

3. Realize this is a business and that not all issues will be like this as long as you treat it like a business...

You will be fine. Many give up at this point. Network with others, educate and learn from your mistakes.
