@Julie Marquez I have quite a few partnerships and different partners. For the property management I am the sole owner, for the investing and syndication side it's myself and one other partner. However in the syndication business we also team up with other groups and Co-GP the project.

@Stephen Brown congrats on your first project! Currently I have a business coach, who holds me accountable and sets goals, we meet monthly. I would also say that my business partners are my accountability coaches. If you start slacking around "A" players they will be sure to call you out or kick you out! Best of luck on your journey!
