Got my Wife and I our tickets yesterday and looking forward to the meetUP.

Thank you to all that finally got this on the books, I will get my ticket tonight and look forward to seeing everyone there.

I am absoulutly down to meet some time in March. I can make it work any day other than the last weekend in March. I am also willing to help with the cost if need be and will look at is an investment in my REI future.

@Jason Flynn which meeting did you go to in the Sac area?

@Danny Daniel How did you come accross this property? I am in my early learning stages of REI in Sacramento and looking for insights.

@David Hutson Thank you for the info on the REIA groups. The NorCal REIA one seems to be a good one based just on website navigation and content. You mentioned that you have been to their meetings are you a member or did you just show up for a meeting? I see there is a fee of $25 a meeting or a flat rate for a year membership so just curious what you went with, and what kind of value yu have gotten out of it.

@Brandon Turner I have read a bunch of your articles by the way and they have been really good, havent commented on them individually but thought I would let you know I appreciate the time that I can see has been invested thus far around the site.

@Brandon Turner I have been going through about 2 a day on the pod casts and Have been reading through the start up guide as well as the blogs/articles that came in my email on the 13 best realestate articles. Trying to take in as much as possible, going to be working on my business plan this weekend. There is some good stuff in the artivcles I have read so far, any thing that you can link or point me towards on putting to gether a good realistic but ambitious business plan? I am having a hard time trying to figure out what is possible (both on a realistic level as well as the ambitious level)

@Jeff Jamieson I plan on updating as much as possible after all if this site helps me get my investment plans off the ground and running then the least I can do is give back in the same way.
