There are so many factors that go into your question that it would be hard to determine how to answer this for you, I shoot for $200 per door but I am leveraging my properties. If I was buying with cash it would probably be double that.

If you ever want to chat sometime and break down things let me know.

Just be cautious, I have seen many out of state/country investors get takin advantage of.

I am doing some research and I am just curious on what the top 5 things you look for in a property management firm and what are your top 5 pain points when dealing with property management firms.

I would rock one if I could grow a good one lol, I think if anything it might be the other way around because you typically look younger without facial hair and people like myself who look much younger then I am people will avoid doing business with sometimes because they think I am 20 lol.

Especially with elderly clients, I typically have to work harder just to show them I know what I am doing.

But everyone will have their own point of view.
