@Doug Haisten I love driving for dollars. Just the address should suffice. You should outsource the lookup/ skiptrace part to a virtual assistant for like $4/hr via upwork. In reference to calling the vacant property owner, capital YES!!!. That's the best way to get a yes,no, or maybe so. My system is automated so we drip text messages and and voice broadcast and they call me back and text me.

@Matt Bowler I am very familiar with these platforms. You just need the integration to push the notes, phone, name, address, and list type. That should be all.

@Traci Howell I would second @Andrew Kerr be very cautious and ask a ton of questions. I have had this same scenario play out and a lot of people have unrealistic expectations. Also partnerships that have grey areas typically come with massive headaches. Last time I checked you specialize in house aches lol. The conclusion of the matter is partnering is great but everyone is not a great fit. Choose wisely. #LEVERAGE

@Christian Laines This is one of my scripts I use for vacants..
WE WERE CALLING IN REFERENCE TO YOUR VACANT PROPERTY AT (ADDRESS) AND WAS INQUIRING IF YOU HAD ANY INTEREST IN SELLING? SELLER: WE WANT TO SELL? OK GREAT CAN YOU TELL ME A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE PROPERTY LIKE HOW MANY BEDROOMS, BATHS, ETC…
WITH 10 BEING EXCELLENT AND 1 BEING POOR WHAT WOULD YOU ESTIMATE THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY?
ARE YOU THE ONLY DECISION MAKER FOR THIS PROPERTY?
LET’S SAY WE AGREED ON A PRICE THAT WORKS FOR ME AND YOU WOULD TWO WEEKS BE TOO SOON TO SETTLE?
HOW MUCH DO YOU NEED FOR THE PROPERTY?
IF THEY SAY YOU TELL ME, WOULD 1.2 MILLION BE TOO MUCH?
LAST BUT NOT LEAST WHY DO YOU NEED TO GET RID OF THE PROPERTY?
DOES THAT SOUND LIKE SOMETHING YOU WOULD BE INTERESTED IN?
GREAT, I WILL HAVE ONE OF MY PARTNERS CALL YOU TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS? WHAT'S THE BEST CONTACT PHONE NUMBER TO REACH YOU ON?
Hope this helps...

@Kevin Randall I would second @Anthony Gayden no way they getting every last deal. I would zone in on the vacants and find the owners and cold call them, text, or vm broadcast.
