@Natalie Mell you probably have to get a commercial mortgage if title is held in the LLC name. Reach out to a commercial loan officer and see what they can do

@Eliseo Rodriguez Cordoba I would suggest you contact a few different banks, loan officers and credit unions to see what products they have available. I've heard recently there are loans again with 3% down and no PMI. (Crash coming again?)
