@Corey Robert Leet when you get into these super remote places it’s best to find nearby Airbnb hosts and ask who they use. If everyone is local and takes care of stuff themselves maybe you could hire one of them to do your rentals. Or post on local Facebook pages and see if anyone would be willing to do it for you.

@Jake Williams I would suggest building a relationship with a good local bank like flagship that loves to work with investors. The relationship you build with a bank will open so many doors. Would love to connect with you and see how I can help you.

@Connor Mohs hey Conor that's great to hear that you're going to be a cpa! If you want to make a killing you should look into becoming an REI specific cpa. I know one great one (who is also an investor) and he has so much business from us investors he practically has to beat new clients away. Maybe you could connect with him too, maybe he could use a young new cpa to help him out. @John Woodrich

@Arjun P. You cannot evict or non renew a lease in Minnesota for non payment of rent. As Tim said talk with Brad if you are looking for ways to get a tenant out of your property. You could try cash for keys, I’ve heard landlords paying thousands of dollars to get tenants to leave.

@James Gilson hi James welcome to bigger pockets and real estate investing! St Louis park is a high demand suburb and does have high rents, but many times it has high purchase prices too. Are you looking to buy a single family to live in and rent out bedrooms or buy it strictly for investing? Feel free to message me and we can have a more in depth conversation

@Joseph Justesen I know a local investor who just ripped a chimney down. Granted it was on the side of the house but I’m sure they could still help you with your situation. Message me and I’ll get you in contact with them

@Jean LaCosse make sure and market to everyone you know. I’m originally from 2 hours north and I close several deals a year there. It’s definitely worth it.
