I would not want a property management company that shows no effort in managing the properties and hires people who have no experience besides behind a computer screen. Just look at their reviews online. a 3.7 star rating on google is hardly a good company I would trust.

There are good property managers in the area. I would not consider RW to be one of them.

@Moly Yang you can but thats pointless. Almost no agent will let you wholesale an mls deal.

@James Hamling for someone with a lot of "experience" it amuses me that you don't even know how to fill out a purchase agreement correctly or value rehab work or even know how a syndication works. But unlike you I have better stuff to do than bicker with a self proclaimed know it all.
