@Ravi Kimal I will echo what tim said. But if you are thinking of selling in this market spending money on kitchen and bath remodels might not make sense. I'd love to take a look and see if any work is needed.

@Justin Puetz hey man good to see you posting on here. I would definitely say build your brand. Whether you want to have your name on it or not I don't think is important. I think having a brand you can be proud of and show to people is whats important. I would recommend having a brand that sets you apart. Dont be a "we buy houses cash llc."
If you want I have a contact down in rochester that I am using for my brand and logo building. Could put you two in contact.

@Derek Olmschenk welcome to BP! I would advise against buying in an llc. You can always buy in your personal name and quit claim into an llc. Could trigger the due on sale clause but extremely rare. Would love to connect and see how I can help you on your investing journey!

@Matt Jennissen I know a pretty good opportunity for a rare duplex in Minnetonka thats on the MLS. It would be a value add, but is (in my option) overpriced. It is temporarily unavailable for showings but could be a great if it is available.
What are you looking for in a property? Single family, duplex large value add etc?

@Jesse Collins you can absolutely househack a single family. Prices for single family can be a lot lower. However you have to live and share all your spaces with these people. Which for many is not ideal. I would love to grab coffee and discuss the options you could pursue

@Matt Jennissen I would say this would differ if you were looking to rent a 1 bedroom or a single bedroom in a house. I don't think you would have any trouble with 1 bed units but maybe with a shared house.
