Great advice! I am undertaking your marketing strategy and have acquired a list of multifamily's from the title company and was wondering how you uploaded the list to the post office website to create your postcards? Thanks for the great tip and any other information!

Greetings BP!

I'm ready to take the next step in my investing career. I have been listening to the BP podcast for several months now and have been learning tremendously from Josh, Brandon and the many intelligent guests. I live in Evergreen, CO and just started a real estate investing group with my business partner @Max Grenader. We both have sought and acquired our real estate licensure and have a year one goal of 16 cash flow positive units. We are seeking multi-family housing in all of Colorado, as well as looking for other investors to partner with in larger commercial deals. We are currently focused on the secondary markets of Greeley and Colorado Springs for our farm areas, although we are open to any good deals in the Front Range. We will be taking on all property management roles ourselves, to remain extremely hands on with all of our investments. I've already met with some of you at the local Denver meetups but am eager to do more networking and build a stronger network!
