Hey @Daniel Gonzales welcome to BP!

I recommend listening to the podcasts to really narrow down what it is you are passionate about in real estate, there is so much great information in them.

I also recommend coming to the local Denver meetups, the next one is on 4/4. These meetups are great ways to connect and interact with other investors and real estate professionals of all kinds. Here's a link to the next meetup-

Hope to see you at the next meetup, good luck!

Hey @Krish Das, welcome to BP.

As you pointed out the Denver market is extremely hot. Because of this I have decided to take my investments to Colorado Springs and have been coming across cash flowing multi unit properties down there. I'd be happy to chat with you sometime about the deals I'm finding down there and see if they might work for what you are looking for.

Otherwise persistence and networking are keys to navigating deals in this hot market we live in. Like you said, most deals that appear on the MLS are gone within 1-2 days.

Hey @Dustin Benge! Welcome to BP. I recommend listening to the podcasts under Education/podcasts to get tons of extremely valuable free information. There are also local meetups where you can connect with other investors. There is a lively Denver meetup held once a month. The next meetup is held 4/4 here's a link- https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521/topics/28...

You may want to contact @Dan Mackin as he is near your area, he is a very knowledgeable agent and also holds a meetup closer to your location. Hope this gives you a bit of direction, good luck! Let me know if I can help in any way.

I'm a fellow investor/agent and am also looking to connect with other investors and possibly do some deals together. I currently invest in Colorado Springs and am often passing through your neck of the woods, I'd be happy to chat with you sometime about how we can possibly work together!

Hey @Rick Novotny

If you're interested in meeting any other local investors you should come to the next Denver meetup on 4/4. Here's the link-

Getting started with a condo/townhouse is a great strategy often times referred to as "house hacking". You may want to talk to @Dan Mackin about house hacking in your area. He operates just a bit north of you but is an expert when it comes to finding those types of deals.

Hope to see you at the next meetup!

Hey @Manolo D. Thanks for the reply.

This project is to be done on my brother's current primary but he will be renting out the remodeled home once it is finished and seeking another primary. Would you or any of your associates be interested in this type of project?

Greetings sunny Southern California!

I currently have a remodel project in Van Nuys, CA and am in need of some reliable GC's to take bids and handle the project. I have a brother there that will be overseeing the project and the GC will be meeting with him. The project includes a master bedroom remodel, and adding a master bath, which would convert this home from a 4/2 to a 3/3 by taking over one of the smaller bedrooms to make way for the master bath. Any references including what types of jobs the contractor has done for you in the past would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advanced for any advice!

Thank you for the mention @Garry C.! I appreciate the thought!

@Laird Reed, we should chat soon about what you are looking to accomplish and what roles you're hoping to fill. I am actively investing in Colorado Springs and would be happy to sit down and discuss how we might be able to be apart of each other's team.
