Hey @Christopher Reilly, Welcome to BP. If you haven't done so already check out the podcasts and if you're most interested in flips I recommened BP Podcast 10 and 63 with J Scott, he gives some great insight on flipping and also offers a book called The Book on Flipping Houses.

First off want to say I'm a fan of your articles, keep up the good work. I'm glad you made this post, I think it's a great idea for us young investors to connect. I'm 27 and currently own 4 units in Colorado Springs and am actively looking to expand to 12-16 by the end of this year. Like Coop, I'm also curious how many units do you have and what are your 2016 plans?

I am also investing in the Springs and am always looking for great deals and partners to accomplish those deals. I'd love to chat sometime about the possibility of working together.  I haven't been to any meetups down there yet and am not sure when they occur but have attended Denver meetups and plan on going to the Feb. 1 meetup downtown Denver.

Welcome to BP, this site is an amazing resource for investors such as yourself. If you haven't done so already you should look into listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts in Itunes.

I am also a full time investor looking at investing in Colorado Springs. I currently live in Evergreen but used to go to UCCS. My organization is constantly looking for multi-family deals(currently 2-4 unit but plans to cross into larger commercial deals soon).

I'd love to connect and discuss with you about the Springs and how we can work possibly with each other. Take care.
