Definitely do your research on that particular neighborhood, but could be a decent opportunity if all checks out. You could probably expect around $875-$925 in rents.

It'll be difficult finding a property in Strongsville for under $120k, although I see 4 in the MLS right now. You'll find a lot more properties available in Parma & Brooklyn. Depending on location in Parma/Brooklyn and condition, you can expect $850+ if a 3 bedroom and decent sq footage.

It all depends on the area. There are areas in Cleveland where that's doable, but the neighborhoods are probably going to be pretty rough or need repairs. There are other areas where you can purchase a duplex for around $50k and the neighborhood will be more around a C or C+.
