I would like to network with multi family property managers, agents/realtors, wholesalers, investors and other real estate professionals in New Haven County, CT in order to be able grow my team and acquire multi-family investment properties.

I'm originally from Hamden, CT and am currently living in NYC. Over the past year I have been looking into acquiring property in Jacksonville FL but have decided to start looking locally again.

Please do not hesitate to reach out for any reason.

I'm looking to acquire multi-family properties ranging from 5 to 60 units with a value add opportunity up to $2,000,000 in value in Jacksonvillle Florida. I'm looking for properties that are in higher appreciating areas or in the path of development/economic growth.

If you have any opportunities that meet my criteria please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

@Jacqueline Carrington Thank you for responding to my post.  I'll definitely try to make it to the New Haven networking even on January 7th.  Please send me an invite once you have the location and I'll do my best to attend.

@Trevor Ewen Thank you for your reply.  I'll definitely check out the podcast you recommended.

I grew up in CT and since have lived in Boston and now NYC.  Over the past few months I've been working with successful investors to acquire multi-family properties in Jacksonville, FL but have had some trouble finding deals that meet my criteria.  I am now considering looking into CT as a potential market and would like to network with other investors, realtors, and Property Managers to determine the opportunity.

My investment strategy is to acquire multi-family properties ranging from 5 to 60 units with a value add opportunity via syndication with a 3-7 year hold.

@Kris Fox

I'm focused on acquiring Multi-Family Properties in Greenville SC and was wondering if you could provide more information on where/how to acquire the entire parcel list for download.  I look forward to your feedback.

@Jaan Doggwiler

 Thank you for reaching out.  It would be great to talk about the market from a NY point of view and that's awesome that you bought a house down in Jax beach and that you're able to go back and forth somewhat regularly.

Thanks for reaching out.  I'll send you a PM and we can discuss more about how we can work together.

Thanks for reaching out.  To answer some of your questions; I won't technically be land lording as I have a property manager who will be handling the day-to-day management of the property and I will be more involved with the value add and asset management. I don't plan to move Jacksonville (at this time), I've visited a couple of times and have evaluated 100+ different properties and have done lots of research on Jacksonville.  I agree that it's important to have people on the ground. I have a very experienced full service property manager who is also a realtor and very investor savvy who i work closely with.  I am working on building upon my local team so that I can have more locals who know the area and can provide feedback on the neighborhood, property, etc.

Let's stay in touch and I'll definitely let you know when I come down next and we can get together.

I'm from NYC and working on acquiring multi-family properties in Jacksonville, FL and I'd like to build upon my network of locals both professionally and personally.  If you live and/or invest in Jacksonville please feel free to reach out to me to determine how we can work together or just build upon our networks.

@Darren Sager I will be there.  Thank you for putting this together.
