Hey @Sebastian Lough, fellow Veteran and Texan here! Waco is a fair market, especially if you intend to rent to Baylor students. Using your VA loan to HH a 4 Plex is a great plan, I'd just make sure you evaluate the deal first to make sure the numbers add up. Let me know if you want to chat sometime.

Hey @Clif Charles, we've helped with several of these transactions with traditional lenders. It's usually not a problem as long as you have both lenders on the same page with your plan. Depending on your deal, there may be better options than hard money to get things started. Feel free to reach out, I'm happy to chat about it.
