Hello,

My company has a new rehab deal under contract to purchase on Monday, August 15th, and seeking a private money lender who would like to work with us on another great deal, earning an above average return on your investment.  We are an experienced group, successfully completing 60+ deals in our area since 2013.  Below is a brief summary of the numbers on this project, so please message me if you're interested and I will send you a complete packet of info on this deal:

• Purchase Price:  $106,750
• Rehab Cost:  $55,000
• ARV: $215,000

Hello @Jie Li.  Not sure if you've considered investing in turnkey rentals in Ohio, but Columbus, Ohio is a GREAT rental market with a very strong local economy. My company is located here in Columbus and we primarily rehab and flip homes, but also sell turnkey rentals in the $60k-$75k price range you are looking for, so feel free to message me if you'd like some more info on Columbus and our turnkey rentals.
