You can also find a friendly investor realtor and ask if the realtor would pull up cash buyers from the last 6 months.

Just to become real estate agent............you will get excellent training from
Keller Williams. They teach everything and how to work with investors.
Now why do you need a R.E. license..... maybe to have access to MLS.....just simply find a friendly investors R.E. Agent who is willing to work with investors..................

Correct me at a tax sale, you do not own the property outright. You only paid the county taxes. You have to wait a certain period of time according to the Maryland state law. So therefore you can not sell the property until such time period passes. After such period ends then you can petition to foreclose on the property to get the deed. If I'm wrong, please explain more clearly how this works.

I don't know of any websites that will give you any information on finding vacant houses. The only way to find vacant houses is do DRIVING FOR DOLLARS around your town, contact friends to do it for you and pay a fee. Other ways have your friendly mailmen write down all vacant houses on pad and again pay a fee. etc. etc.....
