Thanks Kyle B. I didn't know this. Do you have any specific sites where I can download these fonts? Jerry, I'd love to hear some of the other names just so I can research more and make a final decision. And Jon, I agree I will need to expand I'm just working on my first deal so I figured I better learn to crawl before I try to run!

Thanks for the posts guys. @Will I will check out some local title companies, good idea. Does anyone have some advice as to what I can offer an agent or broker that would make working with me more appealing?

I asked an agent I was hoping to work with if they could find cash transactions, pre foreclosures, and tax code violations in the area. They're response was, "I talked to my manager and I can't get involved with this. Mainly because these properties would be listed with a Real Estate company and would have a mortgage on them and would be sold as a short sale and the agents would be doing the negotiating."
Does this mean wholesaling isn't an option in my area or is this just an issue with this real estate agency??

I was planning on doing them myself to avoid an extra expense. Does that mean they should be handwritten?

Thanks for the response Michael. Is there a difference between handwriting the letters and typing them? Is it the idea of forming a more personal relationship by handwriting a letter that wins over most sellers?

Do "Yellow Letters" have to be yellow paper with red ink hand written messages to the seller to ensure a call back?
