When asking a RE agent to list cash buyers in the area, what is the best time frame to look for? I've heard 30 days, 6-9 months, and even a year?

Thanks for all the comments everyone. I think the consensus from everyone i've spoken to is Zillow can be a good resource for searching for homes, but is complete garbage as far as evaluation standards go!

Does anyone find Angie's List to be necessary in their REI, and if so is it worth the fees?
