Scott VandenBerg Do you find (listsource) to be worth the cost of buying each specific list?
When asking a RE agent to list cash buyers in the area, what is the best time frame to look for? I've heard 30 days, 6-9 months, and even a year?

Thanks for all the comments everyone. I think the consensus from everyone i've spoken to is Zillow can be a good resource for searching for homes, but is complete garbage as far as evaluation standards go!

All great information, thanks for the posts guys. Any suggestions for sites similar to Angie's list that don't require a membership fee?

Does anyone find Angie's List to be necessary in their REI, and if so is it worth the fees?
