Does anyone use Zillow.com? Also are these "Zestimates" a reliable value for homes listed on the site?
Thanks!

Can you wholesale a property to a new buyer if they are not a cash buyer? If so how can this process be completed?

Most investors say to find the value of a property of interest, that you should research the prices of houses surrounding it and in the same area. How do you find the value of these houses on the same street? Is this a job for a realtor, or appraiser?

Great info, I didn't even think of it in the perspective of what can destroy the property in the case of the tenant living there. So for a landlord an ideal property would be 4 rooms or as many as possible, and a garage. Do you find properties in the city to be more profitable for your business as opposed to in the suburbs? And are kitchens and bathrooms a key factor?
thanks
