@Selene Bobadilla -  we love our agent! Even though my husband has his tennessee license, we still use her because she is good at her job.  I’ll message you details.

@Juan Rubio - Make a list of questions that you think he can help you take your business to the next level and then take him out to lunch to go over them.  Then follow it up with a fantastic thank you note and a nice bottle of wine or whiskey.

Most people are happy to help if there are specific questions they can answer.  You don't need to ask him to mentor to you but just ask him your questions and see if he'd be okay with you periodically following up with him or eventually partnering on a deal or something like that.

Most importantly is just to go for it! :)  The worst that can happen is he is too busy now and you will have to ask again later.

Best of luck and keep us posted! :)

@Account Closed - That is just awesome!  You will be so far ahead of so many people (including me!).

Another way to avoid debt is to try and CLEP out of as many classes as you can!  Save you lots of time and money!

Best of luck and keep us posted!

@Chinmay J. - great topic! I had to learn to be a risk taker. Or more aptly, trust my husband in his REI choices. I love being married to an entrepreneur and RE investor but it doesn't come naturally even though @Sam Wilson absolutely rocks at his RE investment and business decisions.  Real estate wasn’t my background and in the beginning seemed way more risky than I know now.

We started investing full-time six years ago as a couple/company and I love that it supports my travel addiction! And I love all the RE investors I have met in Memphis and all over the world!

@Alexander Felice -  I don’t know what I’d do without my audiobooks!! Do you have an under-known favorite you’d like to share?  I just finished “Shoe Dog”. Amazing!

@Joe Moore - We used Huntington for both our Memphis flips and personal residence.  Been impressed.

@John Thedford - That is one of my biggest fears in buying foreclosures.  When we bought our first one in Memphis, we were stupidly naive about the process and didn't even know that we could be bidding on a second!  Luckily, it was clean and we are very diligent about our background review.  I'm so very sorry for your friend. :(

@Lea Lenz - Have you already had a foundation company come look at it and give you an estimate?  Issues like that are outside my knowledge so I rely on the experts and their warranties. :)

@Michael Brockway - Following.   I searched for this topic a month or so ago and found almost nothing.  Wondering if there is a BP-equivalent in Spanish for for Latin America. :)
