We will start with a complete deal analysis and breakdown of the subject property. Next will be an opportunity to learn how to pick finishes that appeal to today's buyer, followed by a Q&A segment. This is a collaborative environment with good discussions centered around knowledge, resources, support, encouragement, networking and education with no sales pitching. Hope to see you there!

Hi everyone!
I know this is an older thread, but I am hosting a meetup in Modesto at my recently completed rehab on June 28, 18. I also posted it in the BP Marketplace under real estate events and happenings. Hope to see you there!

@Mike Cumbie Thanks for the comment. I understand what you are saying and in theory it is a good idea, however I didn't like the terms of the rest of their offer. I thought the price was too low and they haven't even technically listed their house for sale yet. My broker called their agent and told them once they get their house under contract we would be willing to look at an offer from them. @Tony Castronovo That is precisely the problem in my market. The status will have to be changed and unfortunately agents in my area will not show the home if it is not listed as "active".

I have a seller that would like to short sale and I would like to purchase the property from him. I am looking for a CA Real Estate Agent that has documented experience in negotiating short sales. I would like for this agent to be someone I could build a relationship and work together on future deals as well.
