@Damian Garcia Looks like you have some great responses and things to consider here on this post. Another resource would be Michelle Patton from Chapman and Patton. She is a very experienced commercial real estate appraiser and real estate broker. She may be worth reaching out to since she specifically values these kinds of properties regularly. I can't post the link to her site here, b/c BP doesn't allow it. I did however share it in the FB group that @Michael R. mentioned.

This month we will be discussing flips AKA rehabs. We will learn about lining up your escrow/title company, lining up your agent that you are going to use to list the property, lining up subs, managing construction costs and quality and some special tips and tricks that we use to make sure our deals close on time and for the most profit! This month we will be discussing wholesaling and finding deals. We will learn about marketing for deals, estimating rehabs, finding buyers, writing contracts and finding the right buyers. Please come ready to learn and discuss! 

@Elian Stuff Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, it is impossible to pick a day that works for everyone. If you ever want to start your own meetup, I would be happy to share some pointers with you on how I got this one started. 

@Andrew Narsi The next meetup will be Jan 9th at 6:30pm. I will post the details on BP under Network>Events. I have a meeting with my co-host next week so we will be finalizing all the details for next year.
