Introductions: Please briefly tell us your name, what you are currently doing in real estate investing and what you are looking to do.

Deal Announcements: Here is where you can pitch any wholesale deal you have under contract. Please do not pitch MLS listed properties.

Market Analysis: We will take a look into Months of Inventory, Days on Market and % of list price received for the cities in our county and surrounding.

Project analysis: This is designed to give investors information on how to succeed in finding, analyzing, fixing and holding/selling properties.

Book Drawing: Don't forget to enter the raffle when you sign in to enter into our free book giveaway!

Networking: When you are listening to what others have to say in introductions, take mental note. This is the time to go and talk to them!
