Well... I have a couple of buyers that will purchase without due diligence.  They usually spend one day going through the property checking everything for a couple of hours and move forward. But buying without any inspection is rare. If you want to sell this property, you need to let someone inspect it at least once and the discount for due diligence needs to be worth it.

You need a second and third opinion. 

Estimates on the homes value are often completely wrong.  The data they pull from the tax records on how much a home last sold for, often not updated, or completely wrong. Recent sales in the neighborhood are also not updated. 

Zillow makes mistakes.  Have a way to double checking their information they give you on the application.  And always check social media for red flags and I agree with Vince, always meet a person.
