What is the tax based on?   Will it change and how much of a change ?

I buy Arlington off market for similar prices.  Sometimes more sometimes less, always off market.  Get similar returns and do refi 6 months later almost all money out or if not very close to all money out .

My only issue is Town of Poughkeepsie

My tax jump After purchase.

I think your small studio in beacon is too cheap. I have 15 unit in wappengiers

Our studio is small and we get 1000 plus they pay utilities.

Beacon is much hotter than wappengiers

You should be getting more.  I’m surprised how high the newburgh rents are.
