Hello,
I'm currently looking to do a DSDR loan for a property purchase of a 5+unit multifamily. Does anyone have any good experiences working with a particular DSDR lender with favorable rates that they've personally used recently? I would love any referrals.
I'll gladly walk you through the process and show you all the available options based on credit score and down payment. Please reach out to schedule a call.
How does one get in touch with you?
Send me a message when you have a free moment. I'll then give you my email address so I can present the scenario to the underwriting team.

Hey guys who do you recommend for DSCR loans thats new investor friendly
The requirements Devin listed are pretty spot on. We are located in NY and close many DSCR loans. If your score is above 680 then a lesser ratio will be considered as well.

I can help out within the cold-calling universe if needed.

I am in the process of acquiring our initial Multifamily Home (MFH) investment, utilizing an LLC in which my business partner and I share equal ownership. Our first acquisition is focused on properties in the $400-600k price range within Tennessee.
I am seeking advice regarding financing options. Should we opt for a local lender, or would an out-of-state lender be just as viable? It's worth noting that I am based in New York, though I'm uncertain if this has an impact on the decision.
I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or insights you can provide. Thank you in advance!
We are located in Long Island and would welcome the chance to discuss some options face-to-face. I also can gladly provide some options via email after a brief discovery call as well. Please reach out if interested in advancing to the next stage.

Good morning, all!
Iβm having a really difficult time finding a lender for a home equity loan to pull equity from one of my multifams. Any advice on how to get this done?
I understand there is higher risk to the lender, but surely there are some banks or lenders that will do this?
I'm also open to a HELOC but would prefer loan.
For background, I have excellent credit and the home has a lot of equity (50% of the value)
Thanks so much,
Justin
How much is the property worth? We complete this transaction on a regular basis. The only hindrance would be the loan amount. HELOC's are almost non existent.

Wow pretty bold having a private lender complete a form, usually the other way around
I am a Private lender but honestly got turned off by this.
The question is how many lenders that complete that form have actually funded a deal?
