@James Johnson I am an agent in that part of town. If you would like I can refer you to a few local lenders. If you need a stated income product then I may have a local lender for that as well. PM me if you would like a referral.

@Kamal Elfag perhaps you mean a Quiet Title action? A local real estate attorney would be able to do that for you. PM me if you need a few attorney references.

@Bob Stevens thank you kindly for your generosity. I am a seasoned investor and an agent who works with investors. My post was in response to the original post asking for repetitive topics here on BP.

@Tyler W. welcome to Bigger Pockets.

  1. Check with the county in which your company's business address is located for business license requirements as they vary by county.
  2. Get a wholesaling course. Not sure if there is one on Bigger Pockets but there are plenty of cheap wholesaling courses to be found. I recommend Ron Legrand.

@Chris Frieberg I assume that you are an unlicensed assistant. This is a topic covered in the Salespersons pre-licensing curriculum so a licensed agent would be expected to know the requirements for acting as a leasing agent. Operating as a leasing agent requires a license unless you are an employee of the property owner.
