@Matthew Perry congrats man and love the attitude bro! Paying it forward, being a good person with integrity and keeping your eyes on the prize! More success in 2019!

Just listened to this podcast interview, she crushed it! I love how she handles those bad contractors wearing the FBI shirts and those who don't respect women in the real estate industry. More success @Melissa McRay Johnson

@Michael Swan thank you for detailed guidance on avoiding sketchy areas in Cleveland, OH. I’ll keep them in mind as I look for my first investment out of state as I do my due diligence. I’m targeting A and at a minimum B class neighborhood, with opportunity to add value, and cash flow.

@Jeremy Hua thanks for the warning

@Lane Kawaoka thanks for providing other potential markets. Like you I still have my full time job, I’ll schedule time to connect in calendly

@Mike D'Arrigo thanks! I remember having this conversation with you a long time back, hope things are doing very well at your end! I’ll keep that in mind as I do my due diligence! Cheers

@James Wise great answer! Really appreciate it, 2019 is my breakthrough year in out of state and just doing my Due diligence. You will see me around the Cleveland forums more often, thanks and hope to do business with you soon!

@TJ Brisbois thanks for your input  and response

@Allison Mueller I appreciate the warning, the guide given by @James Wise helped out avoiding sketchy areas

@Tom Ott, thanks for the input, i heard good things about your company.

Also, Tom and James, wanted to get your thoughts on the Cleveland, OH market. The job growth is not very high in 2018 and Forbes didn't rank the city well in terms of jobs. Wanted to get your thoughts on why it is still feasible to invest in Cleveland, OH?  Very much appreciate it!

@Jay Hinrichs hope you are doing well.

This is an older thread about a year ago, during this time your perspective with Cleveland, OH was promising / good for investors. Will very much appreciate if you can give us your current perspective on investing in Cleveland, this will help out of state investors like myself to take the plunge in this market or go somewhere else like Dallas, Texas. Thank you!

@Mindy Jensen this was a great podcast. Monick gave some key take away ie 7 factors in choosing market, will apply this in my due diligence!
