We have had great success with Furnished Finder. The first nurse stayed 2 months, the current one said he is staying 5 months.

20 would be a good number to shoot for. But I have settled for 10 if it’s a small house with a quick turnaround.

Rents are slowly catching up with the higher price of houses. We can still hit the 1% rule. All in for 110,000 should rent for 1,100. On average.
