More info on Montgomery, 47% of homes here are rentals. We have 10 colleges and Universities, including the Air War College at Maxwell air force base. We also have Gunter AFB, Hyundai manufacturing, lots of high level state and federal jobs. Tourism saw nearly 1 million visitors last year.

@Gary Davis Our firm started in Atlanta. We manage 500 homes there. A couple of years ago they started the same model here in Montgomery. As a Montgomery native, I came on board to help with acquisitions and now PM and maintenance. We currently have 95 properties here.
