If you can't find one locally, you can use UpCounsel. I used one of their Texas lawyers to help me review my LLC operating agreement.
Lawyers can bid for your services so you’ll receive different rates and services.
I hope this helps.
I wish you all the best.

Another great way to get started is visiting local real estate investing meetups. You might find some using the Events section in the Learn menu or even on Facebook.
There are many different “avenues” to take in real estate investing. The key will be finding the one you want to go with and learning all you can about it.
Start small, but be ready to take action.
Though I’m not in your market, if you have questions, please feel free to message me.
I wish you all the best.

Welcome to BiggerPockets!
Sometimes starting small locally with long-term rental is a great way to start.
Here’s a few things I would like to recommend as well:
1️⃣ Download this ultimate beginner’s guide: https://assets2.biggerpockets.com/uploads/user_file/file_object/1694/UBG_2018.pdf
2️⃣ Read BP beginner books on investing: https://store.biggerpockets.co...
Also, read Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
3️⃣ Subscribe to BP podcasts or YouTube channel and watch their webinars.
4️⃣ Ask questions here on the forums.
5️⃣ Visit (join) a local (and legit) real estate investment association.
6️⃣ Consider joining a BP bootcamp: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/real-estate-investing-bootcamps
I wish you all the best as you get started.

Does a teacher call themselves a teacher before the start of the school year? YES.
Does a doctor say they’re a doctor before their first patient? YES.
If wholesaling is your start, you’re a wholesaler. Get some business cards and talk to others about being one. You never know where a simple conversation can take you.
I wish you all the best.
