What if Rahm stays as Mayor? What if Obamas library brings lots of jobs? What if Rauner does something different? What if a terrorist blows up Wilmette? What if Lucas museum happens? What if Obama turns the screws and says no Obama library without Lucas library? What if the plan to move LSD happens and lots of Lincoln Park becomes eminent domain? What if the river ride becomes a reality(the sky ride over Wacker). What if McDonalds moves to the West Loop, how will that impact that neighborhood?

What ifs can go on forever.

If you tell them you may not renew in April, they may get worse.

I don't care what he is doing, he's leaving, by hook or by crook, if I close on this thing.

@Rich Baer @David Dachtera

Many thanks for the @ssistance! :)

I sign a "no lead known" disclosure but in any case, anyone can sue for anything and win, I suppose.

Regarding my "problem" with the idiot realtor, I made a blind offer. I really want the location, and I'm going to dismiss everyone out anyway. But I'll get an inspector in there and see it all then. Good thoughts needed from the BP community that it all goes my way!

I didn't say that about lead paint, rich Baer did. I would like clarification too about that. Btw, how does one put @name when talking about another person on this forum?

The realtor, oddly enough, doesn't have keys. So they can't get in. Where the owner is, no idea. I do want the property because of its location. I would get rid of the tenants after I obtained the property. Why frickin list it and then not let anyone in?

I identified a rental property that I'm interested in and my realtor called, made an appointment and we were told that the tenants need 48 hours. Fine. So 48 hours later, we go, and the tenants won't let us in. Turns out the realtor only has keys to the main door, garage, and one vacant apartment. so this other realtor keeps calling the tenants but they won't let us in. My own realtor is at her wits end because of the unresponsive realtor claims "it's easy to show", but it's not. Any suggestions how I can get in there?

Also, you can hire guard dogs.
