@Chris H. I'm very sorry to hear about your situation, it makes me so upset to hear these stories. The fact that we can do nothing is infuriating, these blanket policies need to go. I'm very worried with everything spiking they will let the freeze go on even longer :(

@Dan H. Thanks Dan I will mention it to my attorney. I did talk to the sheriff of the county and he had also told me at the moment that they are ordered to stand down because of the Governor. I think normally they would of been able to remove her but things are just so crazy right now. But I will see if theres any wiggle room. Thanks so much for the info

@Dan H. Thanks Dan, I've been speaking with an attorney and he hasn't mentioned this. Either way though I technically still couldnt evict her right now anyway right? Were waiting to see how things are by the end of July here in CA (heros act ect) to see if we can serve her then, but even so, I imagine it will be difficult but I will mention this time him and see if theres hope lol. Thanks!

I'm in the same boat unfortunately, got someone in at the end of March, was only supposed to be in in the unit for a few months but with all the freezes she is refusing to leave citing the stay at home order. Someone else was supposed to move in after her which she knew about and was fine with back in March, then all of a sudden less than a week before the new person was supposed to move in she pulls this crap@David To if you happen to do a class action I am all for it please keep me updated. Its ridiculous that we have no options here.

Hi guys, I have a bit of a problem. I have a small condo in Palm Springs CA and I got a new tenant in there end of March. She was month to month and had signed a lease to be out by this Friday (June 26th) because a new person was supposed to move in on Monday. She knew months in advance that someone else was coming in at the end of this month and was fine with it, but is now citing Ca stay at home order N-28-20. This order says you cant evict someone if they cant pay rent, but thats not the issue I have, shes been paying but the lease is just up. If anyone has had a similar experience with any of this any insight would be helpful. Thank you

Thanks @Jennifer Gligoric yes its more of a comprehensive plan to grow my investing business with strategy tax planning. I've gone to some of their in person seminars and I really do like what they have to offer. Its just making sure its the correct move for me at this early stage, but I agree to build my business to handle success as you put it. Thank you so much for your input

I know...I dont know if its like a big cost upfront with a good payoff in the long run or what. But since I've only got a few properties under my belt that price is a little steep. What would you recommend instead @Kathy Henley Thanks!
