I can definitely tell you almost every insurance company will require you to bring your primary residence over as well (or you will pay hand over fist as a rental standalone).

I own 3 rentals already and have 1 in Peterborough specifically.

Not happy with my "agent" and looking for someone you can refer me to that is investor friendly/knowledgeable in the area.
