I am looking to quickly (next 30 days) sell a North Oakland duplex on 52nd Street.  Renovation is just finishing up now.  2 VACANT units.  Walk to Telegraph Ave, Temescal Alley, BART, etc.  Walkable to MacArthur Bart and easy access to freeways.  

Testing the waters on BP without marketing on MLS.

Looking for a good home inspector for a duplex in North Oakland.  Ideally the inspection will get done Friday or Saturday.  Does anyone have a good reference (or are you an inspector yourself)?  Thanks!

Hey BP, I'm doing some analyses on multi-family buildings that I'd like to finance through FHA as an owner-occupier. In the calculator, I don't see anyplace to reflect the PMI. Am I missing something? Or does someone have a quick hack how I can add it in? Thanks
