Yes, online signing (email signing) is best as @Joel Owens explained. With online signing you can sign anywhere w/internet. Problem solved.

Agree with Scott on the rehab expenses. In my area it'd be more around 50k depending on grade of rehab work for this SF/size.

Hi everyone - I'll jump in on this one. I also think Gig Harbor is too expensive right now for buy/hold. There are some buys for rehabs/flips and other types of "investments".
Mason and Kitsap County are producing some decent opportunities.
