There is a video on YouTube from a guy named Shelton that offers a service to squat on the squatters. He is not breaking any laws. Why hasn't his services been duplicated in other states?

Why does it feel as if agents in Orlando won't discuss the declining prices in central Florida as if they want to prop up the overinflated builders. There are many buyers that are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the prices to crash severely who would bring them business if they did the right thing

@Alex Frey comparing tractors to landlordcollections.net seem to be that true accord wants a relationship and lots of fees upfront whereas landlord collections only wants a very small fee upfront and charges on a transaction basis

@Brandon Vukelich Getting a license provides zero value to me. If I wanted to save money I would use a flat fee MLS service
