Redfin lists for 1.5%. What prevents other brokers from doing same? Redfin is obviously making a good profit at this rate. Is it arrogance or something else that prevents brokers from doing same?

@Colleen F. Understanding medical issues will keep them in compliance with any state laws. In Connecticut where I live, landlords cannot interfere with medical issues 

Agents likely would rather answer the same questions repeatedly than to take on this type of expense
