If agents in a given area always suggest to their clients to list low and start a bidding war, does that not equal ******** when they quote their statistics of the number of deals they accomplished over asking price?

@Michael K Gallagher your logic applies on both directions. I challenge you to identify any published study that qualifies paying more for agents gets you more

@Jay Hinrichs if there are no guarantees does that not suggest that paying more for an agent doesn't guarantee you will receive more

@Don Konipol how come there is no temporal data published anywhere showing full service brokers deliver more value compared to discounted brokers?
