I had a terrible experience with PIP or PIP West and also interviewed another of their unhappy investors on episode 417 of The Creating Wealth Podcast. Note: the company uses multiple names PIP, Platinum Investment Properties, PIP West and it's owned by Charles Sells, Don Fullman may be an owner too. My experience was outlined in another BP post.

Yes, @Carlos Rovira , we can assist with Orlando and other markets. We are area agnostic so we can provide an objective overview of several cash flow markets. 

Also, I think you should never assume lower than an 8% vacancy rate. These promoters projecting 0-4% need to be more conservative.
