@Steve Borodin I invest out of state, can't do deals in NY cap rates are too low. Let me know when you wanna jump on a call

@Mark Liscia I will be  out there Sunday to Tuesday as well. Im in contract on a 27 unit property and Monday is my day for diligence. 

@James K. each structure is based on the deal. I would talk to your potential investors and see which gets the best traction. This is my specialty so if you ever want to get a coffee let me know. 

@Chad Reidlinger I would recommend try and meet someone local or someone in the market you want to invest in. Do that before going out and paying a national coach. Just my opinion
