Is there a waiting period under supervision in order to become a broker in Florida?

@Phil G. So this means there is a specific amount of time per state to wait in order to apply for the broker's license? 

After achieving the brokerage license, what avenues exist as far expanding the use of the broker's license?

@Raymond B. I have read from others to leave the credit cards and check books at home, just like you. I will be printing up some business cards this week. Any pointers for creating a memorable business card or is it "keep it simple stupid"?
