Hey Moore county REIA group. I'd like to chat about this upcoming month's meeting...

October 10th is my 10 year wedding anniversary and Liz and I are planning on being out of town for the weekend before, and possibly into the Tuesday that would be our Normal meeting. I am sure that people are still going to want to meet up in person, but I may not be there.

That being said, there is another real estate event that is going to happen later on that same week, and I think that every single one of you should be there! I can tell you that It will cost money, but I PROMISE you, that there is no way you will walk away from even one of the 45 minute sessions and not think that one speaker was worth way more than the cost of admission.

I know We are all in this real estate investing business for the same reason - to grow, to make money, and to achieve things that others can’t or won’t do. A lot of you may know that I joined a mastermind a few years ago and it has had a massive impact on both my business and my mindset. The people in this mastermind are truly some of the highest quality investors and people in the country, and they are going to open up their business and show you what they are doing to run an incredible businesses.

Bought for 53k, put about 85K into it. Sold for 285K. Cleared 120K in profit after everything said and done.

Have done a few flips over 100k in profit now. All on 250-400K houses

Our next REIA meetup is TOMORROW!!! We will be catching up with our first in-person meeting in awhile. The discussion topics are pretty open! Come out and network with us!

Also, me and the guys at the Valkere Group are doing a webinar on Thursday about the 120 unit apartment complex we have under contract in Texas. This would be a great chance to sit and listen in on how we do our deals. We are going to be talking about the deal specifics, how we structured it, how we deal with our investors, a little about the area it’s in, etc. If you are interested in attending, reply back to me. Would love to show you what we are doing.
