Is it July 2020 already!? With COVID-19 cases still increasing, we have decided to hold this months REIA meeting virtually ONE. MORE. TIME. Hopefully by next month's meeting we can all meet up in person again!

Instructions to join via zoom are listed below!  HAVE YOU BEEN CONSIDERING CHECKING OUT THIS GROUP? This month's meeting is the time to join in! There is no specific topic on the table for this month! We wanted to offer the opportunity to get your questions answered, share any new tips, tricks and ideas and break into small groups to really make this month's meeting the most valuable to everyone!

Hello everyone! Our next meetup is in just one week! We will be meeting at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Southern Pines in the back room at 6:30 pm on March 10th. Send us a quick message to let us know if you can make it! Upcoming: SAVE THE DATE!!! Our REIA meetup in April will include a special speaker!! Keep a look out for updates as we may have to adjust our regular meeting time/day to fit our speaker's availability. You won't want to miss it! Hope to see you all next week.

@Jake Morin Let me be the first to welcome you to SoPines! We are getting our first 2 airbnbs up and running in the next couple weeks, but it seems to be a strong market for it from the few friends I have that do it. The Job market is indeed very strong in this area, the major driver being bragg of course. But before bragg we were primarily a retirement area. So lots of doctors and such as well. The equestrian and golf communities are also huge drivers as well! 

I primarily fix and flip, and Southern Pines is the hottest spot in the county basically. Being in the downtown area is highly sought after, so the competition in the downtown area especially is a little tighter in that area. I also flip Pinehurst, Aberdeen, Vass, Cameron, etc, so SoPis is not my only focus. Feel free to reach out. Would love to connect.
