Our next REIA meetup is NEXT week!!! We are super excited to reveal the final product of our recent flip at 475 E Indiana Avenue in Southern Pines! We will be going over numbers and details of the flip as a whole. This will be a great opportunity for you to learn some what to do's and some what not to do's in your future flips! Light food and drinks will be provided.

Hey everyone! It's hard to believe we are already in 2020!! We are super excited about starting this new year and continuing to make progress toward our goals. Our REIA meetup this month will be January 14th at 6:30 pm in the back room of Buffalo Wild Wings in Southern Pines. We will be focusing on goal setting and will be doing a mini workshop on how to set and make a plan of attack on your own goals. You won't want to miss this one!!! Hope to see you all there!!

Hello friends!! This month's meetup will be on December 10th at 6:30 pm at 2305 E Indiana Avenue in Southern Pines! Want to know what it looks like to live in a house for free?? What it looks like to actually LIVE IN A FLIP?? We will be discussing expectations vs. realty, day to day life of a house hack (Airbnb), specific numbers on purchase, renovations, and ARV. Also we may possibly be discussing mobile home parks and how thats done…basically an open discussion! Food will be provided as well as donation jars if you would like to contribute. We hope to see you all there!
